本文主要探讨了金融领域计算机犯罪的防范对策问题。近年来，随着金融信息化的推进，越来越多的金融资料和机密被存入电脑中，这一情况也吸引了许多不法分子的注意力，金融领域的计算机犯罪日渐增多，要防范这一犯罪的发生，首先国家应该完善立法，其次金融机构应该规范自身的内控机制，再次应建立监管制度。

This paper discusses the financial area,the problem of computer crime prevention measures.In recent years with the advancement of financial information,more and more financial information and secrets stored in computer, this situation has attracted the attention of many criminals,the financial sector more and more computer crime now, to prevent the occurrence of this crime,first of all countries should improve the legislation,second,financial institutions should regulate their own internal control mechanisms,monitoring system should be established again.
