摘要
载脂蛋白A5是载脂蛋白家族的新成员,它具有较强的表面排斥力和很强的脂质结合能力。在动物与人类研究中发现,它主要参与调节甘油三酯代谢,但两者之间的关系目前研究结果尚不一致。它可通过维持细胞内脂滴的形态、影响肝细胞极低密度脂蛋白-甘油三酯的产生、增加血浆富含甘油三酯脂蛋白的清除及增加脂蛋白脂肪酶和肝酯酶的活性调节甘油三酯的代谢,但其具体机制仍有待进一步研究。
Apolipoprotein A5 ( apoA5 ) is a new member in the family of apolipoproteins. It is an apolipoprorein with low elasticity and high lipid affinity. In animals and human researeh, it has been identified as a regulator of tri- glyeeride ( TG) metabolism, but the relation between them is unclear. ApoA5 can help maintain the integrity of the drop- let, affeet very low density lipoprotein ( VLDL )-TG serration, increase triglyeeride-rieh lipoproteins ( TRL ) elearanee in plasma, as well as inerease lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and hepatic lipase aetivity. However ,further studies on its funetions are needed.
