黏膜下喉癌诊疗分析

Study of the diagnosis and treatment of submucosal laryngeal carcinoma

目的探讨黏膜下喉癌的诊断治疗,进一步提高临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院1999～2007年收治的8例黏膜下喉癌的临床资料。结果 8例患者行颈部CT检查发现喉部占位性病变,经喉黏膜下深部组织活检病理确诊后行全喉切除和颈廓清术。结论颈部CT检查和喉黏膜下活检是诊断黏膜下喉癌的重要手段,扩大手术切除范围是疗效的关键。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of submucosal laryngeal carcinoma and to improve the clinical efficacy. Methods Clinical data of 8 cases of submucosal laryngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from 1999 to 2007 was analyzed retrospectively. Results Space-occuping lesions were observed by neck CT scan in all cases and the diagnosis was confirmed by submucosal biopsy. All patients received neck dissection and total laryngectomy. Conclusion Neck CT examination and biopsy of submucosal tissue are important for the diagnosis of submucosal laryngeal caarcinoma. Extended resection is essential for a better curative effect.
