南宁文化产业存在小、散、偏、低等问题,其原因是管理体制滞后、政策规章不健全、开放程度不够、优势发挥不够、资源整合不够等。发展南宁文化产业的有效途径是加快体制改革,完善政策规章,依靠社会共建,拓宽发展空间,充分发挥优势和积极整合资源等。

There exist some problems in Nanning’s cultural industry, such as small scale, decentralization, lack of popularity, low grade, etc. The causes include the lag of the management system, imperfect policies and regulations, inadequate opening to the outside, deficient integration of resources, etc. The effective way of developing the cultural industry in Nanning is to accelerate the system reform, improve relevant policies and regulations, rely on the society to build it together, widen the development space, make the most of its advantages and integrate various resources, etc.
