Bevacizumab对眼表新生血管抑制作用的研究进展

摘要 目前,bevacizumab用于治疗眼内新生血管性疾病已取得了良好的临床疗效,如玻璃体注射治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性、虹膜新生血管、新生血管性青光眼、视网膜新生血管等疾病。随着研究的深入,一些研究者在眼表新生血管性疾病中应用该药,进行了动物实验和临床观察,取得了不同的疗效。本文就目前bevacizumab在治疗眼表新生血管性疾病,如:角膜化学伤、角膜穿通伤、角膜炎及角膜溃疡所形成的角膜新生血管、角膜移植手术形成的新生血管、翼状胬肉以及Stevens-Johnson综合征等新生血管相关性疾病中应用的相关研究进行综述。 Currently,bevacizumab for ocular neovascular diseases has been made a good clinical effect,such as the intravitreal injection in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration,iris neovascularization,neovascular glaucoma,retinal neovascularization and so on.With the in-depth study,some researchers apply the drug in ocular surface neovascular diseases by the way of animal experiments and clinical observations,obtaining different therapeutic effect and discussing some problems need to be solved.This article reviews the latest research related to the application of bevacizumab in the treatment of ocular surface neovascular diseases,such as corneal neovascularization formed by corneal chemical injury,corneal penetrating wounds,keratitis and corneal ulcers,the formation of corneal transplant neovascularization,pterygium,as well as Stevens-Johnson syndrome and other angiogenesis-related diseases.
