摘要 人体的生物节律和某些疾病的治疗有很大的关系,在一段时间内药物的浓度不能简单地维持在恒定的水平,而必须随着生物节律的波动而波动,这种情况下,脉冲给药就能发挥它的优势。在一个24h周期内,有些生物节律表现出来的波动不止一个峰,这就需要多次脉冲给药,如胰岛素给药、化学治疗药输注、预防性疫苗接种等;虽然抗感染药物的多次脉冲给药与人体的生物节律没有关系,但是其与微生物细胞周期的联系,也是我们讨论的范畴。 The body's biological rhythm has great relationships with the treatment of certain diseases. A constant plasma concentration is not always desirable, among some cases the concentration of drugs must synchronize with the biological rhythm, thus a pulsatile drug delivery is favorable and meets the demand. In a 24 h period, some biological functions show strength with more than one peak, which require multi-pulse drug delivery, such as insulin delivery, chrono-infusion of chemotherapeutic drugs, preventive vaccination, etc. Although multi-pulse of antibiotics has indefinite connections with the circadian rhythms, its correlationship with the microbial cell cycle, also drops into the scope of our discussions.
