低脂联素血症——胰岛素抵抗的起因还是结果? 被引量:4

摘要 已知脂肪组织是一种内分泌器官,能分泌多种脂肪因子,将信号传递至有重要代谢作用的组织。其中以瘦素(一种细胞因子样多肽)为最重要,是调节食欲和能量平衡的关键因素。另一种重要的脂肪因子是脂联素,既因为该因子在脂肪组织中的大量表达(其mRNA是白色脂肪组织中最丰富的转录物)。也由于其与体脂含量呈负相关,且与胰岛素敏感性呈正相关;
