摘要
以低碳Mn-Cr冷轧热镀锌双相钢为对象,研究了两相区不同加热温度下钢的组织特征和力学性能。结果表明,钢的组织由铁素体和马氏体岛组成,马氏体岛在铁素体基体上均匀弥散分布,马氏体岛中有微孪晶存在,且在靠近马氏体岛相界的铁素体中存在非连续的(Fe,Cr,Mn)xCy析出物。随加热温度的升高,钢的屈服强度和伸长率明显升高,抗拉强度下降。
Low carbon Mn-Cr cold-rolled hot galvanizing dual phase steel was taken as an object of investigation,its microstructure characteristic and mechanical properties were studied at different heating temperature.The results show that the microstructure of the steel is composed of ferrite and martensite.Micro-twins exist in martensite and they distribute uniformly among ferrite base.Discontinuous(Fe,Cr,Mn)xCy exists in ferrite near martensite interface particularly.The yield strength and the elongation of the steel increase obviously and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of heating temperature.
