摘要
对露天煤矿WK-10B挖掘机环轨失效原因进行了分析,得出热处理工艺控制过程缺陷是影响环轨质量的关键,并提出改进措施。
The failure cause of rotary track of WK-10B excavator for open mining was analyzed.It can conclude that the controlling failure during heat treating is the mainly reason.The improvement measures of heat treatment process are presented.
