后路椎间盘切除术并发腹侧大血管损伤的诊断与治疗 被引量：3

摘要 后路椎间盘切除术是当前脊柱外科最常见的手术之～，除应用于椎间盘突出症的治疗外，还作为椎体间融合手术的一部分而得到广泛应用。手术的并发症包括：椎间隙感染、神经根损伤、脑脊液漏等，已引起广泛关注。而腹侧血管损伤，如：动静脉撕裂、动静脉瘘（arteriovenousfistula，AVF）、假性动脉瘤等，由于发生率很低，往往被忽视而导致严重后果。
