摘要 实时三维超声心动图全容积成像技术可以定量分析心腔容积,进而提供心功能信息,这种定量分析无需对心腔的几何学形态进行假设,其准确性已得到较多体外体元模型实验研究和活体内心腔容积测量的证实。本文综述实时三维超声心动图测量心腔容积的准确性研究及影响其准确性的相关因素。 The full-volume imaging of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE) could quantify the cardiac chamber volume,provide cardiac function information.This technique does not need any geometric assumption for the chamber.Its accuracy has been validated by a variety of vitro and vivo studies.The accuracy of RT-3DE in quantifying the chamber volume and the related factors were reviewed in this paper.
