彩色多普勒超声和超声造影在肾癌诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用

Application of color Doppler flow imaging and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal carcinoma

肾癌是较常见的泌尿系肿瘤,但出现临床症状时常已是疾病的晚期。超声检查和超声造影检查简便、无创,可较早期检出乏血供肾癌,为临床提供重要诊治依据。本文对彩色多普勒超声和超声造影在肾癌的诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用进行综述。

Renal carcinoma is a common urogenital tumor.When clinical symptoms were noticed,the lesion was usually in later period.Ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound can easily and noninvasively examine the renal carcinoma with deficiency of blood supplies,and provide important diagnostic information.The color Doppler flow imaging and contrast-enhanced ultrasonic diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal carcinoma were reviewed in this article.
