乳腺癌术前及术后血清VEGF-C水平变化及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌术前及术后血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定64例乳腺癌患者术前、术后血清VEGF-C水平的变化,并同时测定正常对照组30例血清VEGF-C的水平。结果:乳腺癌患者术后1个月血清VEGF-C的表达水平较术前比较,其表达水平明显下降,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。乳腺癌患者术前有转移组血清VEGF-C的表达水平明显高于无转移组(P<0.01)。乳腺癌组术前血清VEGF-C的表达水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF-C在乳腺癌的发生发展中具有重要作用,血清VEGF-C的的表达水平高低可能与侵袭性的生物学行为有密切关系。 AIM: To investigate the breast cancer patients before and after vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) levels and their clinical significance.METHODS: Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) determination of 64 cases of breast cancer patients before surgery,serum levels of VEGF-C change,while the control group of 30 patients measured serum VEGF-Clevels.RESULTS: Breast cancer patients a month serum levels of VEGF-C expression compared with preoperative,and its expression level decreased significantly and showed statistically significant difference(P0.01).Metastasis of breast cancer patients before serum levels of VEGF-C expression than those without metastasis,showed statistically significant difference(P0.01).Breast cancer preoperative serum VEGF-C expression was significantly higher than the normal control group,showed statistically significant difference(P0.01).CONCLUSION: VEGF in breast cancer growth and plays an important role in the increase of serum VEGF-C show a more aggressive biological behavior.
