原发性高血压血清Salusin-α水平与动脉功能的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:测定原发性高血压患者血清Salusin-α水平,并行颈动脉超声检查,探讨血清Salusin-α水平与动脉功能的关系。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪测定60例原发性高血压患者和60例健康体检者的血清Salusin-α水平,采用彩色多普勒彩色超声显像仪测定受试者颈动脉内径和内膜中层厚度(IMT),计算动脉紧张度、动脉扩张性和动脉僵硬度。结果:高血压组IMT、颈动脉僵硬度与对照组比较明显上升(P<0.05),颈动脉紧张度、颈动脉扩张度与对照组比较明显下降(P<0.05);高血压组血清Salusin-α水平与对照组比较显著下降(P<0.05);血清Salusin-α水平与IMT、颈动脉僵硬度呈显著负相关(r=-0.531,-0.417,P<0.05),与颈动脉紧张度、颈动脉扩张性呈显著正相关(r=0.325,0.529,P<0.05)。结论:Salusin-α可能影响高血压患者的动脉弹性并参与了高血压的发生及不断进展。
