结肠造口灌洗对行结肠造口患者生活质量提高的影响

Colostomy irrigation in improving life quality of permanent colostomy patients

目的：探讨结肠造口灌洗对提高行结肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法：2001年1月至2009年1月因诊断为低位直肠癌并必需行Mile’s手术而收住本科室治疗的患者。为永久性的降结肠造口或乙状结肠造口．并且大肠功能正常，排除合并有其它严重躯体性疾病和精神症状或精神病家族史者，符合上述要求的57例患者，随机分为两组，研究组（31例）采用结肠造口灌洗法，对照组（26例）采用自然排便法。结果：研究组规律性排便效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．001），生活质量明显优于对照组（P〈0．005），两组比较具有统计学意义。结论：结肠造口灌洗可促进结肠造口患者规律性排便，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To study colostomy irrigation in improving life quality of permanent colostomy patients. Methods： Patients,who were admitted to our department during January 2001 and January 2009 due to low rectal cancer with necessity of Miles＇ surgery, were recruited. Enrollees were supposed to be with permanent descending or sigmoid colostomy,with normal coloreetal function. Those with other severe somatic diseases, psychiatric symptoms or psychiatric family history were excluded. 57 patients came up to the criteria, and were randomly allocated into 2 groups,the observing group （31 cases） for colostomy irrigation,and the control group （26 cases） for spontaneous defecation. Result： Observing group was significantly superior to control group in regular defecation （P 〈0. 001 ） and life quality （P 〈 0. 05 ）, with statistical significance observed. Conclusion： Colostomy irrigation might improve regulative defecation and quality of life in colostomy patients.
