颈源性头痛诊断与治疗的研究进展

Research development of diagnosis and treatment of cervicogenic headache

近年来，颈源性头痛发病率不断升高，难以彻底治愈的头痛使患者不但生活质量下降，而且会丧失较多的身体物理功能，故越来越受到重视。随着现代医学的不断发展，治疗颈源性头痛的有效方法越来越多，特别是药物治疗、神经阻滞疗法、手术治疗等都有明显的进步。本文综述最近几年在颈源性头痛诊断及治疗方面的研究进展，希望能为临床工作提供更多的参考。

In recent years, there has been an increasing incidence of cervieogenie headache. This hard-to-cure headache not only leads to a decrease in the quality of life, but also causes patients to lose more physical functions. With the continuous development of modern medicine, there are more methods for effective treatment to cervicogenic headache. Particularly, pharmaeotherapy, nerve block therapy, and surgery have achieved noticeable progress. This paper reviews the research devel- opment of diagnosis and treatment of cervieogenic headache in recent years, providing more refer- ences for clinical medicine.
