摘要 目的观察胃癌中肿瘤相关纤维母细胞蛋白SMA及VEGF的表达、并探讨其与胃癌侵袭性的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S—P方法检测57例胃癌和10例正常胃黏膜组织中纤维母细胞平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,并探讨其在胃癌侵袭转移的意义。结果胃癌组织纤维母细胞中SMA阳性表达率为94.74%,高于正常胃黏膜组(P〈0.05),VEGF阳性表达率为89.47%,高于正常胃黏膜组(P〈0.05),且随着浸润深度的增加、临床分期的进展和淋巴结转移的出现,VEGF和纤维母细胞中SMA的表达增强。结论VEGF、SMA在胃癌组织中存在高水平表达,二者在胃癌的浸润转移中起重要作用。 Objective To study the expression of VEGF and SMA in tumor-associated fibroblasts of gastric carcinoma and its relationship with tumor invasion. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of VEGF and SMA in stromal fibroblasts of 57 cases of gastric carcinoma and 10 normal gastric tissues,and studied the significance in invasion and metastasis. Results Fibroblast cells positive expression rate of SMA in gastric is 94. 74% ,it is higher than the normal gastric mucosa group ( P 〈 0.05 }. The positive rate of VEGF is 98.74% , it is higher than the normal gastric mucosa group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of VEGF and SMA in fibroblast strengthened as soakage depth increased, clinical stage progressed and metastatic of lymph nodes. Conclusion There is a high level in gastric cancer tissue expression of VEGF and SMA. Both may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis in gastric cancer.
