不同打印介质对CT肺内小结节诊断准确性的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨纸质打印片及干式激光打印胶片对CT上肺内小结节诊断准确性的影响。方法:选取临床及影像上确诊为肺内多发结节型转移瘤的病例20例,从中选取散在肺内小转移瘤267个,按直径大小分组,其中1~2cm,36个;0.5~1.0cm,46个;〈0.5cm,185个。分别采用LOCUS纸质打印机及KONICA DRYPRO 752干式激光打印机进行打印。由2位(具有10年工作经验医师)放射科医师分别对267个肺内小结节进行读片。读片分两次进行,两次读片间隔3周。每次读片分别采用其中的一种打印形式进行读片。读片结果采用χ2检验进行分析。结果:对于1~2cm小结节,两位医师两种打印介质检查率均为100%;对于0.5~1.0cm小结节,两位医师两种打印介质检出率均为100%;对于〈0.5cm的小结节,两位医师纸介打印片诊断检出率分别为89.7%、83.2%,两位医师干式激光打印片检出率分别为90.8%、92.9%。对小0.5cm的小结节的诊断准确性进行差异性检验,取P〈0.05为检验标准。结论:对于CT上小于2cm的肺内小结节,干式激光打印胶片诊断准确率与纸质打印片之间无显著性差异。 Objective:To compare the diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary nodules in CT by a dry laser printer with that of a paper printer.Methods:Twenty pulmonary metastases were selected for the study.Of these 20 patients,267 pulmonary nodules smaller than 20 mm in diameter were selected,which were further divided into three groups: 1.0~2.0 cm,0.5~1.0 cm and 0.5 cm in diameter.For both a dry laser printer(KONICA DRYPRO 752) and a paper printer(LOCUS) connected to PACS,two radiologists(ten years'experience) twice interpreted these nodules.The time interval was three weeks.Each time the radiologists used one type to interpret the images.Results:For 1.0~2.0 cm group,the detection for two printer of two radiologists rate both were 100%;for 0.5~1.0 cm group,the detection rate both were 100%;for 0.5 cm group,the detection rate of paper printer(LOCUS) were 89.7% and 83.2% respectively;the detection rate of dry laser printer(KONICA DRYPRO 752) were 90.8% and 92.9% respectively.Conclusion:For solitary pulmonary nodules which 2.0 cm indiameter,images obtained from a dry laser printer is similar to that from a paper printer.
