糖尿病性下肢动脉病变介入治疗的护理

The interventional nursing to the artery transluminal balloon angioplasty to diabetic foot patients

目的:探讨总结动脉血管腔内球囊成形术治疗糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞硬化症的术前、术后护理。方法:对32例糖尿病足合并下肢动脉闭塞硬化症行动脉血管腔内球囊成形术治疗的患者,手术前、后实施规范化护理:术前向患者及其家属介绍动脉血管腔内球囊成形术方法、术前准备,术后给予环境、体位护理,血糖、血压、并发症监测等。结果:28例实现了闭塞血管的再通,成功率达87.5%。患者皮温较前平均升高,创面血供较前明显改善,疼痛明显缓解。8例患者足背动脉搏动恢复。结论:动脉血管腔内球囊成形术的术前、术后规范化护理能提高手术成功率、预防术后并发症的发生。

Objective：To explore and summarize surgical care before and after operation of transluminal balloon angioplasty treatment to diabetic foot patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods：To implement standardized surgical care before and after operation in 32 cases of diabetic foot patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans received transluminal balloon angioplasty treatment： prior to surgery to tell patients and their families the methods of artery transluminal angioplasty,preoperative preparation,after operation to improve environment and give position nursing,and monitor blood glucose,blood pressure,complications,etc.Results：Of 28 cases of occlusive blood vessels recanalization,the success rate was 87.5%.In patients with an average increase of skin temperature compared with the previous,wounds significantly improved blood supply than before,and the pain eased significantly.8 patients with dorsalis pedis artery pulse recovery.Conclusion：The preoperative and postoperative nursing to the artery transluminal balloon angioplasty treatment to diabetic foot patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans can improve the success rate of surgery,and prevent postoperative complications.
