摘要
目的:观察正畸诱导牙根吸收后骨形成蛋白-2对牙根早期修复的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠,在建立正畸牙根吸收模型后随机分为:Force组(继续加力)、Control组(停止加力)和BMP-2组(停止加力并牙周膜内注射BMP-2),在分组后第0、5、10和15天分别处死并行组织形态学分析。结果:BMP-2组修复性牙骨质生成明显较Force、Control组早,且量大(P<0.01);BMP-2、Control组牙根吸收和破牙细胞数明显较Force组少(P<0.01)。结论:停止加力并局部使用BMP-2能有效促进因正畸吸收后牙根的早期修复。
Objective:To investigate the role of BMP-2during early cementum repair following orthodontically induced root resorption.Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into force group(continuous force),control group(withdrawal force)and BMP-2group(withdrawal force and BMP-2periodontal ligament injection)after orthodontically induced root resorption occurred.After 0,5,10and 15days,the animals were sacrificed and maxillae were prepared for histological and histomorphometric analysis.Results:The formation of reparative cementum was earlier and more significant in BMP-2group than the force and control group(P0.01).Root resorption and the number of odontoclasts in BMP-2and control group were significantly less than those of force group(P0.01).Conclusion:These results indicate that the intraperitoneal application of BMP-2and release of the orthodontic force enhance the early orthodontically induced root resorption repair.
