肿瘤靶向性沙门氏菌联合环磷酰胺治疗裸鼠Tca8113移植瘤的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨肿瘤靶向性沙门氏菌VNP20009与环磷酰胺联合应用抑制人舌鳞癌细胞移植瘤的效应与毒副作用。方法:建立舌鳞癌Tca8113裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型64只,随机分为4组,治疗后测量肿瘤体积计算抑瘤率,检测血清VEGF、ALT、AST及肿瘤与肝脏内细菌浓度。结果:沙门氏菌与环磷酰胺联合比单用沙门氏菌或环磷酰胺能更有效地抑制Tca8113移植瘤的生长(P<0.01)。结论:减毒沙门氏菌VNP20009与环磷酰胺有协同抗肿瘤作用,联合治疗可以增强抗肿瘤效果。 Objective:To investigate anti-tumor effect and toxicity of tumor-targeting Salmonella typhimurium VNP20009combined with cyclophosphamide(CTX)on the growth of the implanted tongue SCC(squamous cell carcinoma)tumors in nude mouse.Methods:After the establishment of the model,mice were divided into 4groups and the drug was given.Tumor volume was measured and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated.Serum VEGF,ALT,AST and bacteria titer in tumors and livers were examined.Results:Compared with the salmonella or CTX treatment alone,the growth of tumors were significantly inhibited by VNP20009combined with CTX(P0.01).Conclusion:VNP20009combined with CTX has synergistic effect on anti-tumor activity against the growing of tongue SCC tumors.
