慢性牙周炎与种植体周围炎相关性的临床研究 被引量:28

摘要 目的:通过临床观察慢性牙周炎患者进行牙种植修复的早期临床效果,初步探讨慢性牙周炎与种植体周围炎发生发展的相关性。方法:选择15例慢性牙周炎患者24颗种植牙作为实验组,选择10例牙周健康者20颗种植牙作为对照组,二期修复负载时(种植体植入后4~6个月)检测两组患者种植体周围龈沟液量(PISF)、改良菌斑指数(mPLI)、改良龈沟出血指数(mBI)、探诊深度(PD)及附着丧失(AL)等各项临床指标,并进行比较。结果:慢性牙周炎患者种植体周的龈沟液量明显多于牙周健康患者(P<0.05);两组种植体周的各项临床指标均值除mPLI外均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎与种植体周围炎的发生可能具有一定的相关性。 Objective:To preliminary study the relevance of chronic periodontitis and peri-implantitis by analysing the clinical results of patients with chronic periodontitis and the healthy.Methods:24implants were operated on experimental group,and 20implants were operated on control group separately.4-6months after operation,the clinical indexes including PISF,mPLI,mSBI,PPD and AL were scored in a standard manner and compared.Results:The quantity of peri-implant sulcular fluid(PISF)in patients with chronic periodontitis were significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).Except for mPLI,there were significant differences in other clinical indices.Conclusion:The patients with chronic periodontitis probablely han higher incidence of peri-implantitis.
