缺氧诱导因子-1α在口腔扁平苔藓组织及鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过免疫组化方法观察缺氧诱导因子-1a(hypoxia induced factor-1α,HIF-1α)在正常口腔黏膜、口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)、OLP伴不典型增生及口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨HIF-1α在OLP发生发展以及癌变过程中的作用。方法:收集OLP25例,OLP伴不典型增生11例,口腔鳞状细胞癌14例,正常口腔黏膜10例组织标本,采用免疫组化方法对各组织中HIF-1α表达进行分析。结果:HIF-1α在正常口腔黏膜组织中不表达,在OLP组织、OLP伴不典型组织及口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中均有阳性表达。表达强度由低到高依次为:OLP伴不典型增生组、OLP组、鳞状细胞癌组,各组间均有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:正常口腔黏膜组织,OLP,OLP伴不典型增生以及鳞状细胞癌组织中HIF-1α的表达具有显著性差异,提示HIF-1α参与了口腔扁平苔藓的发生发展以及癌变的过程。 Objective:To explore the role of HIF-1αin the development of OLP,as well as the role of carcinogenesis.Methods:60cases of specimens in paraffin were collected,including 25cases of OLP,11cases of OLP with atypical hyperplasia,14cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma,and 10cases of normal oral mucosa.Immunohistochemical method was used on paraffin sections for immunohistochemical staining.Statistical analysis was used on the expression of HIF-1α.Results:HIF-1αdid not express in normal oral mucosa,but positively in OLP,OLP with dysplasia and oral squamous cell carcinoma.Expression intensity from low to high was:OLP with dysplasia group,OLP group,squamous cell carcinoma group.Differences between the groups were statistically significant(P0.001).Conclusion:The expressions of HIF-1αin normal oral mucosa,OLP,OLP with atypical dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma were significantly different,suggesting that HIF-1αplayed an important role in the occurrence and development of oral lichen planus,as well as the process of carcinogenesis.
