三阶段光动力疗法治疗男性尖锐湿疣

A Three-stage Strategy of 5-ALA Photodynamic Therapy in Treating Condyloma Acuminatum

目的评价外用盐酸氨酮戊酸散剂三阶段光动力疗法治疗男性生殖器疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法 102例男性尖锐湿疣患者接受三阶段光动力疗法治疗:第一阶段主要是清除疣体,第二个阶段主要是治疗亚临床感染,第三个阶段使用免疫调节剂和食疗法预防尖锐湿疣的复发。结果经过三阶段3～6次的光动力治疗,疣体清除率100.0%,6个月随访的复发率仅为2.9%。治愈率97.1%。结论三阶段光动力疗法是治疗尖锐湿疣、预防复发的安全有效的好方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and recurrence of a three-stage strategy of photodynamic therapy（PDT） with topical 5 - aminolevulinic acid（ALA） on condyloma acuminatum. Methods One hundred and two condyloma patients were treated with topical ALA-PDT followed a three-stages treatment strategy. StageⅠaimed at effective clearance of penile condyloma lesions,stageⅡat treating subclinical HPV infection,and in the third stage, immunomodulator and diet therapy were adopted in order to prevent the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum. Results The clearance rate for condyloma acuminatum by topical ALA-PDT for 3 to 6 times was 100.0%in three-stage strategy,and the recurrence rate was 2.9%（3/102） after 6 months follow-up.The cure rate was 97.1%（99/102）. Conclusions Results suggest the three-stage strategy of PDT be a successful and safe method in effectively treating and preventing condyloma acuminatum and their recurrence.
