通过分析矿用防爆液压绞车和提升机的液压系统主回路,即双向变量泵定量液压马达闭式回路的特性,探讨了液压提升机起步工况下负载瞬时下滑和相关工况下跑车的机理提出了应用FD型平衡阀解决上述问题的方案图3。
In this paper the characteristics of hydraulic system
main circuit for mine-used hydraulic hoist, the double direction variable delivery pump-fixed
delivery motor close circuit, was analysed. The mechanism of the hoist overspeed under the
relative conditions and finally its load momentarily slipping are discussed when the hoist starts, it
is suggeted that FD-model balance valve be applied in the circuit to solve these problems. 3figs.,
