电视胸腔镜在胸部创伤中的应用

Application of video assisted thoracoscopic surgery in thoracic trauma

胸部创伤是创伤死亡的重要原因,大约15%的病人需要手术。本文对电视胸腔镜技术在胸部创伤手术中的应用进展进行了综述,总结了电视胸腔镜辅助手术(VATS)治疗胸部创伤的适应证、禁忌证及可能并发症。在胸部创伤病人的治疗中,采用VATS可部分甚至大部分代替常规开胸手术,并已在胸部创伤的早期处理、减轻疼痛和减少死亡率等方面显现出其优势。但是,VATS不能完全取代常规开胸手术。

The chest trauma is an important factor of morbidity and mortality in trauma victims.There are about 15% patients needing surgical treatment.We reviewed the indication,contraindication and common complication of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery（VATS） in serious thoracic injury.VATS is a valuable and safe way to manage many problems in thoracic trauma.This approach has already demonstrated its advantages in early treatment for patients with thoracic trauma,reducing pain and morbidity compared with routine thoracotomy.However,VATS can＇t completely replace the routine thoracotomy.
