端粒酶逆转录酶在神经系统疾病修复中的研究进展 被引量:2

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF TELOMERASE REVERSE TRANSCRIPTASE IN RESTORATION OF NEUROLOGICAL DISEASES

摘要 目的探讨端粒酶逆转录酶(telomerase reverse transcriptase,TERT)在神经系统疾病修复中的研究进展。方法广泛查阅TERT与各种神经系统疾病修复的相关文献并进行综合分析。结果 TERT是端粒酶的重要组成成分,也是其活性的关键调节因子,它在神经系统肿瘤、神经发育缺陷及神经损伤等各种神经系统疾病的病理机制中发挥关键作用,已逐渐成为神经系统疾病修复治疗的研究热点。结论 TERT在神经系统疾病的修复治疗中具有重要意义和应用前景,需进一步研究。 Objective To review the research process of telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) in the restoration of neurological diseases. Methods The related literature on TERT in the restoration of neurological diseases was extensively reviewed and comprehensively analyzed. Results TERT was the significant component of telomerase and the critical regulator of telomerase activity. It played an important role in the pathomechanism of neurological diseases including tumors, neurodevelopmental deficits, and nerve injury. TERT was becoming a research focus in the reparative therapy of neurological diseases. Conclusion TERT has manifested its great academic significance and application prospects in the reparative therapy of neurological diseases, which deserves a further investigation.
