脉压的形成机制与临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 脉压（PP）值的高低是由于收缩压或舒张压的高低决定的，但是，PP的增大或减小与动脉血管的病理改变有直接关系。PP依赖左室搏出量和血管壁性状，它们决定动脉顺应性和动脉系统的波动特性。年龄、性别、身高和心率均与PP有关。本文比较系统地论述了脉压的形成机制、病理改变、药物治疗和临床意义等方面的相关理论知识。
