摘要
引言药物的缓释剂型因其特殊的释药特性,在治疗上常优于普通剂型。微型胶囊剂(简称“微囊”)便是这类缓释剂型之一。但由于缓释材料的复杂性,使制剂的释药规律及药物的体内过程不易很好地用一般药动学方法描述。体内药-时曲线出现双峰便是其中的情况之一。药物在体内的药-时曲线出现双峰的情况过去已有报道。
According to the observed phenomena and the obtained data reported in the previous article, the authors think that, in rabbit's digestic tract, the drug's releasing process of the microcapsules made with gelatin-acacia as coating material, should be divided into two steps. Thus, a mathematical model which can fairly describe the pharmacokinetic behaviour in animals is derived. Then, a computer program is made in BASIC Language with Simplex Method, and the data of the blood concentration of the drug versus time are fitted with the aid of an IBM-PC microcomputer. The results are satisfactory, and thus provide a theoretical foundation for the technological improvement of microencapsulations.
