摘要
本试验利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、超声波清洗器等仪器研究了超声波法制备SEM粉末样品的方法,并解决了该方法存在的问题。试验结果表明:超声波法能够很好地分散粉末颗粒,但容易吸附水分,造成冷焊假象;修正超声波法是一种优良的SEM粉末样品制备方法,粉末分散均匀,没有堆积及冷焊假象,可用于研究粉末的形状、表面形貌及粉末的粒度分布。
The supersonic wave method for the preparation of powder specimen were investigated by JSM-840 SEM,KQ2200E ultrasonic cleaner et al..Some problems during the sample preparation was resolved.The results show that the powder can be dispersed very well by supersonic wave.Some water is easyly adsorbed on the surface of powder particles,which results on a feint cold welding phenomena.The modified supersonic wave method is an excellent method to prepare powder sample for SEM observation,not only make powder disperse uniform,but also has few powder pileup and feint cold welding phenomena;the modified supersonic wave method can be utilized to study the shapes and surface patterns of the powder particles,and to analyze the particles size distribution of the powder at the same time.
