摘要
目的:探讨神经导航在切除脑功能区海绵状血管瘤手术中的临床价值及显微手术技巧。方法:应用神经导航技术,对脑重要功能区的21例海绵状血管瘤行显微外科手术切除。结果:在神经导航辅助下,病灶全切除率为100%,无手术死亡,病人临床症状有不同程度改善,无明显神经功能受损表现。结论:对位于脑功能区的海绵状血管瘤,采用神经导航辅助下的显微手术,可明显提高脑功能区海绵状血管瘤的治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the technique of microsurgery and clinical value of neuronavigation in the resection cavernous angiomas in the functional area of brain.Methods:Twenty-one cases with cavernous hemangioma(CA) in functional area of brain underwent neuronavigator-assisted microsurgery for CA.Results:With the assistance of neuronavigation,the rate of lesion total resection was 100%,no death,the clinical symptoms of patients were improved in varying degrees and no long-term complications happened.Conclusion:The neuronavigator-assisted microsurgery can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic outcome for CA in the functional area of brain.
