摘要
基于对矿岩图象特征与规律的认识与分析,采用“双阈值亮点膨胀递减循环处理”技术,基本实现了岩块边界的自动识别,可用于对全爆堆矿岩的块度分布进行定量的统计和计算,测量误差一般在5%~10%,其处理和统计计算的速度也大为提高。在本钢南芬露天铁矿爆破块度测量工作中实际应用,取得了良好效果。
The use of 'dual threshold point expansion and sucessive decrease circulation processing' technique which is based on the understanding and analysis of the rock photographic characteristics and laws can basically realize the automatic identification of rock boundry.It can be used in the quantitative statistics and calculation of the fragment size distribution in a whole blasted muckpile with an error of 5%~ 10% and a greatly increased processing and calculation speed.Good effects were achieved in its application in determining the blasted fragment size distribution in Nanfeng Open pit Mine,Benxi Iron and Steel Co.
