摘要
介绍了攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿物磁性、各粒级组成、解离特点及选别特性等方面的研究,并对现场流程进行了考察分析和试验研究,提出了弱磁选一次粗选、一次扫选、中矿筛分得铁精矿的流程。其试验结果表明,可获得铁精矿ω(TFe)为5299%、回收率为7738%的技术指标。
Study on the magnetic properties,the particle size composition,the liberation and separation characteristics of Panzhihua vanadium titanium magnetite minerals is presented.The flowsheet consisting of one roughing and one scavenging by low intensity magnetic separation and separation and iron concentrate separation by middling screening is preferred on the basis of the on site investigation and experimental research of several flowsheets.Its test results have shown that an iron concentrate with a grade of 52.99% and a recovery of 77.38% can be obtained.
