摘要
利用自制的模拟测定装置,采用电测法研究了衬板材质对磨矿介质冲击力的影响。模拟试验表明,刚性冲击时,冲击力大小由冲击动能决定,冲击作用时间与冲击动能和材料厚度均无关,为一定值;橡胶缓冲柔性冲击时,冲击力大小与冲击动能、材料厚度密切相关,冲击作用时间和橡胶材料的缓冲能力只与材料厚度有关。研究结果说明,橡胶衬板不宜在冲击破碎为主的一段磨机中使用。
The effect of liner material quality on the impact force of grinding media is studied by the electrical measurement method and with a selfmade simulation measurement device.The simulation tests have shown that,in a rigid impact,the impact power is dependent on the kinetic energy of impact and the impact function time is a fixed value,which is independent of the kinetic energy of impact and the material thickness,while in a rubber cusioned flexible impact,the impact power is closely related to the kinetic energy of impact and the material thickness and the impact function time and the cusion capability of rubber are only dependent on the material thickness.The study results show that the rubber lining is not suitable for the primary grinding mills where the impact-effected crushing is dominant.
