摘要
凤凰山铜矿的原矿通过浮选、弱磁选后,其尾矿中含有大量的菱铁矿,多年来一直未得到回收。试验研究表明,采用Shp型湿式强磁选机进行处理,获得ω(TFe)44.20%(烧失后含铁58%)、回收率2991%的低磷、低硫、全自溶的铁精矿,可供冶炼使用。
The run of mine ore in Fenghuangshan Copper Mine is treated by flotation and low-intensity magnetic separation and its tailings contain a large volume of siderite,which hasn't been recovered for many years.The experimental research has shown,when the tailings are treated by Shp wet high-intensity magnetic separators,a low phosphorous,low sulfur and self-fluxing iron concentrate can be obtained at a grade of 44.2%(58% after ignition) and a recovery of 29.91%,which can be used in smelting
