Once the network crisis appears, the whole society of this country is probably at a standstill. The online security has already become country’s public and safe important factor. American has the experience in respects such as to maintain the online security strategic, improve the mechanism of management of maintaining online security, optimize the technological institutional framework of the online security, and to build the safeguard legal system of the online security, etc. The experience is worth for our country’s study.
