和谐社会视角下非政府组织发展对策探析

Studies on the Developing Strategies of Non-Governmental Organizations from the Angle of a Harmonious Society

随着我国改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济的建立与发展,整个社会越来越趋向多元化,非政府组织随之产生,它们在许多社会领域已经发挥出政府和企业所没有或难以充分发挥的作用,进一步推动了整个社会进步。但另一方面,我国非政府组织在发展中还存在很多不足之处,亟待政府、非政府组织和社会公众共同努力以促进其发展。

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the establishment and development of socialist market economy, the whole society is increasingly tending to be diversified. Non-governmental organizations thereby come into being which have already played an important role in many social fields where governments and enterprises fail to perform, furthering pushing the entire society forward. However on the other hand, these non-governmental organizations in China still have problems that wait to be solved by the common efforts of the governments, the organizations and the public. This thesis makes an analysis of contemporary development status, quo and dilemma of these organizations and proposes practical countermeasures of promoting their development.
