膜性阻塞型Budd-Chiari综合征的影像学表现和介入治疗探索

Imaging Appearances and Interventional Therapy of Memb blocked Budd-Chiari syndrome

目的:探讨膜性阻塞型Budd-Chiari综合征的影像学表现及介入治疗方法。材料与方法:对27例已证实的患者先行DSA造影,再行下腔静脉球囊扩张术或血管内支架置入术。结果:27例患者手术全部成功,临床症状明显改善。结论:影像学是诊断Budd-Chiari综合征直观可靠的诊断方法。下腔静脉球囊扩张术或支架置入术治疗膜性阻塞型Budd-Chiari综合征安全有效。

Purpose：To explore the manifestations of imageology and interventional therapeutic methods for memb blocked Budd-Chiari syndrome.Materials and Methods：27 cases with proved Budd-Chiari syndrome were underwent DSA firstly,then inferior vena sacculus proprius broaden operation or intravessel stent insertion were performed in all cases.Results：Totally 27 cases were operated successfully and their clinic complaints were improved obviously.Conclusion：imageology is an accurate and direct diagnostic method for Budd-Chiari syndrome.inferior vena sacculus proprius broaden operation or intravessel stent insertion is safe and effective for memb blocked Budd-Chiari syndrome.
