摘要
新时期基层民警的需求呈现出安全需求高居首位、工作减负需求强烈、社交需求突出、尊重认可需求显著、个人发展需求明显等特点,管理层必须正确认识、分析其需求特点,建立和完善相应的管理机制,才能调动基层民警的工作积极性和创造性,有效完成公安使命。
The demands of policemen at grass-roots level in the new period are characterized by the following: Ensuring safety is regarded as the top priority, reducing their workload and expanding their social interaction as well as demanding to be respected and more personal development space. The police management should recognize and analyze these features firstly, then establish and improve the management mechanism to stimulate these policemen's initiative and creativity so that they can accomplish their missions as ensuring public safety.
