顺应论视角下的党政工作报告英译研究

Studies on English Translation of The Party and the Government Work Reports from the Perspective of Adaptation Theory

党和政府的工作报告的政治性、权威性和广泛宣传性决定其英译本对翻译爱好者和翻译研究有着重要的影响。研究党政工作报告的翻译一方面可以在理论上扩展对翻译的理解,另一方面具有非常重要的现实和政治意义。从语体顺应、语言建构成分顺应和语境顺应三个方面说明了顺应论在党政工作报告英译中的重要作用。

Translations of the party and the government work reports are exerting great influence on translation studies because they are political, authoritative and widespread. Studies on translations of government work reports can not only help understand the translation theoretically, but also are of realistic and political significance. Starting with dissecting the English version of the party and the government work reports, this paper, through analyzing adaptation in style, language-building ingredients and context, demonstrates the great role that the theory of adaptation plays in the translation.
