高校图书情报工作在创新型人才培养中有多方面的价值,但是在现实中存在着作用不足的问题。因此,高校图书情报机构应该在开展相关基础研究的前提下,完善服务平台,及时组织和提供学生所需信息,增强学生获取信息的能力,培育创新思维方式,把图书情报机构储存的信息转化为创新型人才成长的信息资源。

Library and information work in colleges and universities has a wide range of value to the training of innovative personnel, but there are some inadequacies in reality. Therefore, in addition to the related basic research, it is necessary to improve the service platform, to collect and provide the information to students in time, to enhance their ability to acquire information, and to promote their creative thinking. By so doing, it is possible to transform the information stored in libraries into information resources for training innovative talents.
