抗人IgG-十八胺LB生物膜的制备及其应用

摘要 将抗人IgG溶液直接分散于含有十八胺(ODA)的亚相上制备抗人-脂类LB生物膜.通过实验结果得到最佳实验条件.将抗体-脂类膜作为选择元件,用石英晶体微天平(QCM)作为转换器制成免疫生物传感器.此传感器对人IgG的检测响应范围是200ngcm-3~1200ngcm-3.由于此方法用抗体量少且操作简单,可为制备经济方便的免疫传感器提供可能. A new method of constructing antibody-lipid complex Langmuir-Blodgett film was studied by spreading antihuman IgG solution directly on the subphase's interface covered with a layer of octadecylamine (ODA). The optimum experimental conditions were obtained according to the experimental results. Quartz crystal mierobalanee, with antibody-lipid film as selected element, was used as a transducer to form immunosensor. The linear response range of the sensor for human IgG was from 200 ng cm^-3 to 1200 ng cm^-3. Because of less antibody and simpler experimental process used in constructing antibody-lipid film, this work may offer an economical and convenient way to manufaeture immunosensor.
