A Simulation Design of the Coffee Vending Machine Based on PLC and ForceControl(R) Configuration Software

利用力控组态软件和西门子S7-200CPU224XP PLC搭建了冷热咖啡自动售货机系统模型,并对其工作过程进行模拟,提取系统最优控制参数,为冷热咖啡自动售货机系统的设计提供支持,可有效降低开发成本,缩短开发周期.

ForceControl （R） configuration software is a soft platform with strong function and friendly interface and Siemens S7200 PLC is often used as a controller in industry. This paper constructs a system model of a cold and hot coffee vending machine and simulates its working process. System parameters can be withdrawn by modifying system parameters and looking at its operation results. The simulation process enables the exploiter to realize real design, thus saving the development time and the cost and enhancing the product development the benefit and the efficiency.
