乙型血友病死亡的法医学检验及其死因和临床病理分析

目的本文通过1例乙型血友病（hemophilia B）死亡的法医学尸体检验与鉴定案例，对乙型血友病的病理组织学改变、临床病理及死亡原因等进行分析。方法对乙型血友病尸体检验后的各系统所取组织进行常规HE染色，光学显微镜观察。结果乙型血友病可累及部分器官，以关节、肌肉、肺、脑、肾、心脏血管和脾为主，其他器官也可受到一定影响。结论乙型血友病患者死亡原因主要为出血，危及生命的出血部位主要在颅脑、消化道和呼吸系统。

Objective through 1 cases hemophilia B death of forensic autopsy and identification of the case, the pathological and histological change hemophilia B, clinical pathology and causes of death were analysed. Methods for hemophilia B autopsy of each system after HE had taken a routine organization, optical microscope staining. Results patients hemophilia parts, usually with joints, muscles, brain, kidney, lung, spleen, heart and other organs can also be affected certainly. Conclusions Patients die reasons for hemophiliac, life-threatening hemorrhage of bleeding in the brain, digestive and mainly respiratory system.
