摘要
根据目前煤矿工业电视监视系统的现状，提出并研究了利用图像增强技术改善视频图像质量的方法．分析了图像增强的关键技术，给出了实现图像增强技术的算法，并通过Ｃ语言编程实现了对煤矿静止视频图像的增强处理，取得了改善图像质量的应用目的．
According to the applications realities of industrial TV monitoring system in China, the method of using image enhancement technology to improve the quality of video was presented, the key technology of image enhancement was analyzed, the algorithm for realizing image enhancement was given and the enhancement processing of static video image in coal mine was realized through C language program and the aim of application of improving image quality was achieved.
