摘要
从矿用锚喷机分料盘的实际工作条件出发,利用扫描电子显微镜和电子探针观察分析分料盘的磨损机理.在全面考虑分料盘磨损影响因素的基础上,选择高铬铸铁作为分料盘新材料.通过适当地调整高铬铸铁化学成分和热处理工艺,使之符合制造分料盘的要求.实验结果表明,采用高铬铸铁制造的分料盘不仅具有高的耐磨性,其它性能也满足要求,使分料盘的使用寿命大大延长,从而降低了锚喷成本.
According to the actually operation condition of the lining plate of concrete shotting machine, the wear mechanism of the lining plate has been analyzed with SEM. Base on the analysis of the factors affected to the lining plate, high Cr casting iron has been chosen to make the lining plate. By adjusting the chemical composition and heat treatment process of the high Cr casting iron, the requirement of the lining plate manufacturing can be met. The test results shown that the lining plate with high Cr casting iron not only has high wear resistance, and its performances also meet the requirements, and service life of the lining plate has been increased,therefore its making cost has been reduced.
