摘要
我们利用微型计算机图形技术对两种铁氧还蛋白的分子结构进行了研究,输入蛋白晶体数据,重构出铁氧还蛋白分子的三维结构模型,并可使之统X轴、Y轴和Z轴旋转;计算出肽链上原子之间的健长、健角、(?)角:显示微区结构;进一步可使两个铁氧还蛋白的三维结构图叠合,(?)利比较分析.实验表明,微型计算机分子图开技术在研究蛋白质等生物大分子结构,运动及中与功能的关系方面是有效的工具;
The molecular structure of two kind of Ferredoxins were studied with the technique of microcomputer graphics. The coordinates of each atom were entered and the three-dimensional structure was displayed. The molecular structure can be rotated round X, Y, Z axis respectively. The bond length, bond angles and torsion angles of each atom can be calculated The molecular structure of two ferredoxins could be superimposed for comparision.
