摘要
运用摩擦学实验与表面分析相结合的方法,考察了以二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)润滑的铜摩擦副表面膜,分析了表面膜中主要元素的存在状态和ZDDP的减摩抗磨作用机制.研究结果表明:ZDDP在铜摩擦副表面形成了由有机化合物和无机化合物共存的反应膜,该膜具有良好的减摩抗磨性能,可有效减小摩擦磨损;此外,ZDDP还可通过对摩擦副表面的改性。
This paper has studied the surface film on copper friction couple lubricated with ZDDP through tribology experiments and surface analysis, analyzed the probable form of the chief elements existing in the surface film, and discussed the mechanism of ZDDP on antifriction and antiwear. The results show that the solid reaction film formed on the metal surface consists of organic compounds and inorganic compounds. The reaction film has better performance of antifriction and antiwear, and it may effectively reduce friction and wear. At the same time, ZDDP may improve the tribological performances of friction surface by means of surface modification.
