黄体期补充雌激素在体外受精-胚胎移植中应用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植技术已有很大发展,但其成功率仍未达到非常令人满意的结果。IVF-ET中控制性超排卵等会使内分泌水平发生改变,影响胚胎着床,导致妊娠率下降。目前,黄体期孕激素的补充已被生殖中心广泛接受,但补充雌激素能否提高妊娠率及黄体期补充雌激素的方案仍有较大争议,需要进一步研究证实。
