摘要
目的探讨CycliD1和PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测50例子宫内膜癌,22例子宫内膜不典型增生和8例正常子宫内膜中CyclinD1,PCNA的表达。结果 CyclinD1和PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为54%(27/50)和68%(34/50),明显高于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌中,CyclinD1的表达与FIGO分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),PCNA的表达与病理分级和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,CyclinD1和PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.742,P<0.05)。二者协同异常表达者生物学行为较好。结论 CyclinD1和PCNA可能在子宫内膜癌发生发展中起重要作用,可作为评估预后的指标。
Objective:To investigate the expression of CycliD1 and PCNA in endometrial carcinoma patients and its clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CyclinD1 and PCNA in 50 cases of endometrial carcinoma,22 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and 8 cases of normal endometrium.Results:The positive expression rates of CyclinD1 and PCNA in endometrial cancer were 54%(27/50) and 68%(34/50) respectively,which were significantly higher than those of normal endometrium group(P 0.05).In endometrial cancer,the expression of Cyclin D1 was significantly correlated with the FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(P 0.05),while that of PCNA was significantly correlated with the tumor grade and lymph node metastasis(P 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that,CyclinD1 and PCNA in endometrial carcinoma was positively correlated(r = 0.742,P 0.05).Abnormal expression of the two together were better biological behavior.Conclusion:CyclinD1 and PCNA may play important roles in the genesis and development of endometrial cancer and it can be used as assessment of prognosis.
